Account Manager / Recruiter

What are we looking for?

We are looking for someone to provide thoughtful, consultative white glove service and support to all of our clients, large or small. You are observant, creative and curious and are excited to take insight into our users and the market and industry at large gained through your work with clients to iterate our processes, product, client experience and strategy. Your work will help to re-define the concept of work in the legal industry, by obtaining entrepreneurial options for attorneys previously straightjacketed by stifling work structures and environments.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in high end service (professional service counts)
  • 2+ years supporting account management / sales highly preferred
  • Fluency/proficiency in multiple languages with a strong preference for Mandarin, Japanese, or Korean is a major plus
  • JD or former attorney is a plus
  • High EQ with the ability to communicate, articulately and gracefully
  • Outstanding time management skills and responsiveness to create a positive client experience both online and offline
  • Consultative mindset and ability to analyze and solve client challenges
  • Must be a self-starter, able to multitask and handle multiple priorities

Responsibilities:

  • Take care of clients with meticulous attention to detail and extreme responsiveness.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to grow our client base and expand into new areas.
  • Act as a point person on all accounts, providing any and all clients (and/or users) with white glove treatment
  • Occasionally, assist the Director of Recruiting and Lead Recruiters with the recruitment of attorneys on a project basis
  • Provide feedback and insight learned on the ground with clients and in the market to support iteration of product and process and drive sales strategy
  • Use Hire an Esquire platform and other technology tools (Salesforce, Google Apps, Slack, etc) for internal communication and organization
  • Contribute as needed off-hours, including evenings and weekends
